The Client

Specialist Hair Supplies are a large wholesale distributor of hair products and salon supplies. Specialist Hair Supplies are the leading suppliers of brands like Fudge and Milkshake hair products to salons accross the South of England. Specialist Hair Supplies were keen to tap into the opportunities in making their products available to the worldwide consumer market using their existing website as well as finding new ways of reaching potential customers.

What LVO Media Did

Paul Wood from LVO Media approached the task in hand with a modern outlook to online customer care. The first task was to use the existing Joomla content management system installed onto Specialist's website to optimise their key content to target the correct customers. The next step was to test where Specialist Hair Supplies' customers were coming from. This was done by using a range of tools and resources, including Google Analytics. Using the Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Photoshop, lvo media worked on the design of Speialist Hair Supplies marketing material and online presence. A Facebook group was set up to enable direct contact with customers to remind them of the company.
